You were talking about the Torus and the Spiral and how it relates to your moon theory, and then the conversation went off on another tangent. Can you go into more detail about it here?

I think at this point that T am in line with Stan Tenen. I consider the Golden Spiral as a linear phenomenon, because it is derived from the relative proportion of smaller or larger "rectangles".

I've always felt that Labyrinth and the Neverending story are the most transcendental movies of all time, they are on another level to everything else.
They are like an ascension manual for children. You don't actually need to watch anything else, it's all in those movies, but what they teach us is outside the ability of language to explain.
Watch the scene where Atreyu arrives at Engywook's house and then looks through the telescope. That scene is the Holy of Holies, that is the jumping off point into the next dimension. Watch it and tell me if you feel it there too.
There's also something about the character Nimbly in the second movie that is very transcendental, you see it just by looking at him. Something gets triggered in you.
As for Labyrinth, it is like I said, the Labyrinth is the series of turns that you make to go in and out of the dream world. Ludo the Minotaur is encountered in the MIDDLE of the movie.
Also pay attention to the stars behind Atreyu in that scene, I get a pleiades vibe, but they seem like some sort of destination.
I remember hearing a story about a guy who had a psychedelic trip and during it he encountered Jim Henson floating in outer space, and Henson identified himself as an architect or god-like being. Anyone else hear this story on a podcast somewhere?

As i said these two movies contain everything, you don't even need Kubrick, that may sound like a heresy on here but I think the Kubrick stuff is on a much more mundane level.
Let me also run this idea by people.
Ever consider that Vowels were invented to break our ability to casts spells with language?
You are probably all familiar with Stan Tenen's whole work, with the hebrew alphabet being generated from the torus, right? The spiral form that generates the letters.
Well our hands can gesture the 22 letters, our heart muscles are arranged to sonically cookie-cut the letters, and also the way our tongues work in our mouths also generates these hebrew letter forms. So we are literally designed to generate these letter-forms sonically and weave the letters into words, spelling, casting a spell.
Well if you utter a vowel you will notice that the tongue has minimal movement and doesn't make contact with the roof of the mouth, so essentially the weaving of the letters into words breaks, and so the spell is broken. English is weak even on the letter level, say the letter 'B' and you notice there is no tongue contact with the roof of the mouth, but say "bet" or "gimmel" and you notice that at the end of saying it the tip of the tongue will touch the roof of the mouth.
So english is designed to cut our ability to casts spells, especially since every word is composed of vowels, so the spell is broken at some point. Hebrew is the language that we are designed for, and they way we can manipulate reality. It's built into the heart/hands/tongue toroidal fields around us, etc Hebrew has no vowels.
The tongue making contact with the roof of the mouth is sacred, in India especially, there are practices with this. It also creates a sexual union with the heart and the brain, glands, and ties together the whole process of creating from within the tiny space of the heart, and projecting that onto the toroidal field around you (reality), it's how you create your own reality.
In these dark times the odd lamp must be polished and trusted as never before.

zzzz: The Vowel Shift. Kubrick, being the devil himself, was in the business of concealing the power behind the films rather than revealing, just as Mohammed (Baphomet) veils his women. Labyrinth somehow manages to be Lolita, 2001, and The Shining all at the same time. These things are perceived as foolishness (children's entertainment) to the "target" audience; but we are to be Danny, not Jack, if anything is to be done.

Well to give some credit to Kubrick, the Shining has both a Never Ending Story in Jack's Book (writing the same thing), and also the Labyrinth outside the hotel.
The children in all these movies have to navigate around either the pathological father, or the wicked stepmother.
All the children in Grimm's fairy tales and Disney films have to deal with this too.
Also Saturn is the Clockwork Orange.
Chronos (clock), and it looks like a big orange.
Saturn governs the world of the pathological parents, but the children are trying to return to the heart of the sun, the real sun.
Let's also look at the Lion's Gate symbolism in both of the movies.

The Lions seem to only let you pass if you are in truth within yourself, and you see through the deceptions. you have to be centered in truth.
Also interesting that the NES was filmed in Vancouver which has the Lion's Gate Bridge with two lions on either side of the entrance to the bridge. On Always record or 42 mins they were talking about the Golden Gate bridge and people who jump off it. Well the Lions gate bridge is a very similar kind of bridge and also has lots of jumpers from it. It's like that knight in NES who gets killed by the sphinxes, his dead body laying there.

If Twitter is the most sublime medium for the spreading of memes, and I claim that it is, then what's so great about 2030? Flying cars, robots? No, these are just clunky retro sci-fi visions of the future, and they are not more sublime than the meme itself, and would only act as carriers of the memes anyway.
So if we have Twitter now, and memes are being disseminated at maximum efficiency, then 2030 is pointless, it's just a technological fantasy based on sci-fi.
Back to Mckenna getting the date wrong. Well in the original edition of the Invisible Landscape Mckenna put the end date at Nov 18th 2012, it was only after he discovered the Mayan Calendar that he moved it forward to Dec 21. So this suggests that there is available fudge-factor to the end date. I would say the fudge factor may only be a couple of months though, but this will align nicely with the March Equinox.

Well I began my research into this area in the spring of 2000, so I'm approaching my 13th year of delving into this. What was the thing that got me started? Sacred Geometry, The Torus, etc I discovered Tenen and Dan Winter in Spring 2000. So I discovered the Torus geometry then, and now 13 years later am posting here talking about navigating my way out of it.

Malcolm McDowell was in a movie called Class of 1999. Where the students discover that their teachers are actually robots. This fits the Matrix theme.
There's been a really strange theory rattling in the back of my head about 1999. The theory is that at some point in 1999 we entered a simulation, or pocket dimension. This is a synthetic reality that we entered into.
I think our clue was the Cher song believe, with the auto tune, and Britney Spears who brought about the second death of music.
Also, everyone who talks about 1999 always say that it feels like yesterday, I hear this over and over.
Of course the world wasn't perfect before we entered the simulation either, but it definitely had a different vibe to it.
Also whoever is running this simulation seems to love corporate rock, and synthetic pop, they'll have another fembot dance show for the Superbowl this year. By corporate rock I mean that alternative and punk music died in 1999, and we saw nu-metal, and new rock come in, reprises of corporate rock was brought in.
